The State of Vermont Department of Housing & Community Development is updating the new CONSOLIDATED PLAN for 2025-2029.

Please join us to talk as a community about our priorities for this funding. We know you care about the future of housing in Central Vermont—be part of the conversation about how it comes together. Your voice is very important to this community dialogue. This conversation will guide how to spend the $11 million we receive from HUD and $3 million from the National Housing Trust each year for the next five years.

We will meet Wednesday, February 19 from 3:30-5 PM at The Grange in Berlin, Vermont. All are welcome and the meeting and meal are both free. We can help with translation/interpretation or rides, and we will be sponsoring the following wonderful dishes from Enna of Montpelier to share with you.
